College supports Mr X Appeal 2016

Around 70 local children will receive Christmas presents this year thanks to the generosity of staff and students at Gower College Swansea - and colleagues from the Gower Neighbourhood Policing Team - who have participated in the Mr X Appeal 2016.

Helping with the handover of the presents was Childcare lecturer Karen Ramsurrun and her students Chloe John; Angharad Davies; Hannah Martin; Melissa Hart; Tom Binding; Sarah-Jayne Knibbs and Tori Beynon. Also in attendance were Sgt Chris Dix, PSCO Mark Parker, PCSO Angela Clarke and PCSO Joelle Borthwick. 

'This is a fantastic cause and my team and I are happy to work with Gower College Swansea again this year to ensure that young people in the care system are not forgotten about during the festive season," says Sergeant Chris Dix.
