These courses, delivered at the Tycoch Campus, are available at Levels 2 and 3 and the qualifications are valued by employers and higher education providers.

Students on the Level 3 course are encouraged to gain additional qualifications, including Air Cabin Crew and Resort Representative, and will benefit from a residential study visit.

Students can perfect their skills in a virtual travel office called ‘Destination Unknown’ which gives them the opportunity to practice their customer service skills.

A simulated aircraft cabin, which comes complete with rows of seating for passengers and overhead baggage compartments, also provides a realistic working environment for students.
