Whilst at work you will need to gather evidence of competence for your NVQ qualification. The NVQ is assessed by the gathering of photographic evidence, witness testimonies and on-site visits from your tutor/assessor.

Apprentices are assigned a training mentor, who will visit them regularly to ensure they are happy with their progress and that they are on track to achieve.

It will take between 12 - 24 months to complete the apprenticeship framework dependent on ability and prior experience.
