The QCF/ NVQ offers a wide range of job-specific optional units covering topics such as:
- supervising an office facility or a team in a business environment
- designing and producing documents
- organising and coordinating events/meetings
- researching, analysing and reporting data
- developing and/or delivering presentations
- delivering, monitoring and evaluating customer service to internal and/or external customers
- solving business problems
- organising business travel or accommodation
- procurement
The City & Guilds Level 3 QCF/NVQ Certificate in Business and Administration is aimed at those:
- performing first line management in business and administration and wish to develop and enhance their skills and knowledge
- recently appointed to an office management role
- already working in supervisory role and wish to progress to a more senior position.
