Learners will understand what is meant by resilience and why resilience skills are important to health and well-being. Mindfulness is being fully present in each moment and can be harnessed and developed to with life stress and anxiety. This course will you to develop an understanding of the principles of mindfulness and how to apply and integrate mindfulness to your daily life.

This course is open to everyone, from complete beginners to those with some prior experience of mindfulness and who are looking to develop their skills further. There are no pre-requisite requirements. After completing this course you will be able to use the principles of resilience and mindfulness in your daily life.
