This course is suitable for people who are working in SMEs with IT as part of their job description or have an interest in IT and are looking to upskill to keep up with emerging technologies and understand where they are applicable to the company’s business model.

The course aims to produce an informed and competent IT graduate by intellectual stimulation, practical application and the development of analytical skills covering both the theory and practice of IT. Modules include

Progression Opportunities

Successful completion of this course allows students to progress onto the BSc Business Information Technology or BSc Information Technology Management for Business courses at University of Wales Trinity St David.

For full time study, the UCAS course code is: U53W (for part time option please contact Paul John.)

Most students will pay £2900 per year (course fees are £9000 - some of this is paid by Welsh Government for Welsh students. For 17/18, students will need to pay or get a tuition fee loan for the first £3900. The college is offering a £1000 bursary towards this for full time courses starting in September 2017.)

If you study this course on a part time basis, the cost is £1440 per year and is delivered over three academic years.
