Balance your subjects. Allocate different topics to different revision days, and make sure you have enough time for everything you want to revise. Balance the time you have available between your subjects. Do not neglect subjects or topics you find particularly easy or difficult."

Get active. When exercising your body releases serotonin, the hormone that makes you happy. Taking short walks, practicing yoga and following a 5 minute energiser are all ways that can break up revision sessions and improve concentration."
