Young singers head for grand final

Gower College Swansea is supporting young talent by sponsoring the 2024 Dunvant Young Singer competition. Past winners of this fantastic competition include actress and singer Connie Fisher, West End performer Hayley Gallivan, and actor Ben Joyce, who is currently starring as Marty McFly in Back to the Future at the Adelphi Theatre in London.

Vocational media students at our Gorseinon Campus have had an amazing opportunity to meet with industry insiders. Members of BBC Cymru Wales’ Creative Production Scheme team attended an informal networking event with our learners just before the Christmas break.

Gower College Swansea lecturer Wyn Richards has joined the UAL Awarding Body's External Developer Register. Wyn joined the College in 2015 and currently leads the Level 4 Professional Diploma in Performance UAL (Acting Company) course.
