Mindfulness is being fully present in each moment and can be harnessed and developed to with life stress and anxiety. This course will you to develop an understanding of the principles of mindfulness and how to apply and integrate mindfulness to your daily life.

There are no pre-requisite requirements. After completing this course you will be able to use the principles of resilience and mindfulness in your daily life.
