The course will give you teach you a variety of professional skills, as well as providing lots of hints and tips to help you prepare for and host your dinner party such as preparing the table, choosing the correct crockery, cutlery, linen and glassware, and sourcing table decorations, which will help create the perfect ambiance for your dinner party.
In addition, you'll work on planning for a themed menu while also learning how to be the perfect host.

Continuous observation, self evaluation and verbal feedback. There are no external assessments involved with this course.

Although you will not be serving customers, you will be required to wear black shirt / blouse, trousers or skirt and non-slip black shoes in the restaurant environment.
