Education has the power to change lives and provide the opportunity to change your career and pathway. This new and innovative course looks at education from a holistic perspective covering primary and secondary but with a strong emphasis on the post compulsory sector. It looks at how to support learners and help them develop personally alongside developing their knowledge and skills.

There is a clear focus on putting your skills into practice as there is a placement module each year and assessments are focussed on practice.

This is a multi-disciplinary course that includes sociology, psychology, social policy, educational theory, history and cultural theory.
