Business with the Chartered Institute of Marketing - BTEC Diploma
Overview
This course is ideal for those who wish to study Financial Services, Marketing and Business Management.
BTEC (National) Level 3 Diploma in Business.
It will offer students the opportunity to study a number of business functions including Marketing, Human Resources, Management, and IT with an emphasis on Finance (exams are included in some units).

Chartered Institute of Marketing
This qualification provides an understanding of the key concepts and terminology used in marketing. The course consists of 3 units which are examined. At the end of this qualification, you will have a knowledge and understanding of the role and function of marketing within organisations, and the factors that influence consumer behaviour. You will also be able to identify key components of the marketing environment and strategies implemented within the marketing mix.

- The Marketing Environment
- The Marketing Mix.
Assessment: Multiple choice exam.
Key information
- A minimum of five GCSEs at grades A*-C, including English
- Or a Merit profile in BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Business and English GCSE.
University or Employment.
Year 2 students all participate in a UK/International visit, which is funded by the
student.
