Transition and Review Officer (TRO)

The Transition and Review Officer can support you in the following ways:

Attend school meetings with you and your parents/carers to get to know us before you start
Help you to complete the application form
Show you around the campus where you will be studying
Organise taster sessions
Work with other professionals to ensure your transition is as simple as possible. For example, social workers, Careers Wales advisors, School ALNCOs, medical teams and many more
Help develop a One Page profile to ensure all staff know how to support you at College
Ensure that you are placed at the centre of your own transition to College and your voice is listened to throughout.

The support we offer you before you arrive will continue throughout the time you are with us and continue after you have left.
