Engineering / Electronics Apprenticeship (L3)

Course Overview

This two year course is designed for those keen to develop a career in engineering. There are different pathways available within the framework such as engineering manufacture, operations and maintenance, electronics, welding and fabrication.

Entry Requirements

Grade C or above in GCSE in Maths and English and three other subjects one of which should be a science subject.

Course Delivery

You will also study essential skills in numeracy, communications and digital literacy. You will attend College for one day per week, the other four days being spent in on-the-job training.

Progression Opportunities

Career as a supervisory technician. At the College you could progress to the HNC/HND in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
