Overview
This Digital Discovery Day is aimed at anyone looking to improve collaboration and communication using digital tools in both workplace and educational settings.
Participants will explore a range of tools including Microsoft Teams, Canva Whiteboards, Padlet, Mentimeter and Microsoft Loop, learning what each tool does, how it works, and how it can be used effectively.
The session combines demonstration, experimentation and discussion, giving learners practical ideas to enhance teamwork, engage colleagues or students, and manage collaborative tasks more efficiently.

Knowledge of using digital tools.
The course is delivered through a hands-on, interactive workshop.
The morning session is tutor-led, introducing each tool and guiding participants through practical exercises to try them out.
In the afternoon, learners take part in a collaborative round-table, sharing experiences, exploring what has worked well, discussing challenges, and working together to find solutions and best practices for using these tools effectively in real-world settings.
