This full-day workshop provides a comprehensive introduction to Microsoft Office 365 apps and how they can enhance collaboration and productivity in the workplace.
You’ll explore real-time co-authoring, secure document sharing with permission settings, and centralised file management using OneDrive. Learn how to use Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Forms effectively - whether it's creating professional documents, designing engaging presentations with AI tools, hosting meetings, or gathering feedback through quizzes and surveys.
In this workshop you will:
- OneDrive: Discover how to use OneDrive as your central hub for online file storage and management
- Microsoft Word: Explore additional features such as translation, dictation and formatting to create polished documents
- PowerPoint: Learn how to use the built-in AI presentation generator to design professional slides. You’ll also cover adding content effectively and best practices for presenting—both live and via Teams
- Teams: Understand how to use Teams for collaboration, including creating teams, setting up channels, and communicating effectively.
- Forms: Find out how to create surveys, quizzes, polls, and forms, share responses, and make use of the collected data.
