Overview
Psychology is the scientific study of the mind and human behaviour. Throughout the course, you will delve into various psychological theories, concepts, and practical research methods. Course Objectives:
- Develop knowledge of how psychological approaches explain behaviour
- Understand the scientific process of research from concept to completion
- Explore how behaviours and lifestyle choices affect health and wellbeing, such as alcohol misuse, smoking, and gambling
- Gain insights into different explanations for criminality and analyse possible treatments.
