Overview

This apprenticeship is suitable for those working in roles that involves supporting children and young people within a residential setting. The work involves being a role model, providing guidance with learning life skills as well as personal development. It may also involve supporting young people with very complex needs, supervising other staff as well as having a responsibility for shifts.

•    Level 3 Health and Social Care: Practice Qualification (Children and Young People)
•    Level 2 Essential Skills Wales in Communication (minimum requirements)
•    Level 2 Essential Skills Wales in Application of Number (minimum requirement)
