This course is suitable for individuals who aspire to managerial roles or who have recently been promoted into such a position.
As a CIH member you will receive recognition that you're a competent and committed housing professional, and the opportunity to use the designatory letters CIHM and the CIH member logo to demonstrate your commitment.

A pre-course interview will be required.

- Housing need, finance
- Housing need, law
A 'top-up' to the final year of the Level 5 Foundation Degree in Housing and Sustainable Community Studies.

The course cost is £1,500 (if you're employed you could claim up to £625 via Skills for Industry funding.) The Skills for Industry project is supported by the European Social Fund through the Welsh Government.
