Subfloor Preparation - Course
Overview
The two day Subfloor Preparation course is designed for anyone looking to develop a solid understanding of professional subfloor preparation, whether you’re new and looking to enter the flooring industry, or a flooring professional wanting to build on your existing knowledge and skills.
Across two practical and informative days, the course covers the key stages involved in preparing floors ready for the installation of a finished floor covering.
It combines theory with practical application, giving participants the opportunity to understand not only what products and systems are used, but also why and when they should be used.
By the end of the course, participants will have a stronger understanding of the principles and processes involved in achieving a properly prepared subfloor, helping them approach a flooring preparation work with greater knowledge and confidence.
Key information
To be physically able to work on your knees in our training areas.
Delivery will take place in our Floorcovering Training Facility based on Jubilee Court campus and will be face to face with qualified trainers and installers.
Progression opportunities include other Flooring courses available, such as Carpet Installation and Domestic Sheet Vinyl.
The course costs £450 per person.
Lunch is not included; however a canteen is available on campus.
