Wales to the World Student Conference

Gower College Swansea’s Travel and Tourism students were excited to attend the Institute of Travel and Tourism (ITT) Future You - Wales to the World Student Conference on Tuesday 27 February.

Students were able to learn about the wide range of opportunities that are available within the industry, as well as offering a chance to network with employers to explore future career prospects.

Additionally, they got the opportunity to listen to a variety of guest speakers including industry experts from Royal Caribbean International, UWTSD International Travel and Tourism Graduate Aggie Grover who is a Talent Acquisition Partner with TUI, and Claire Steiner, Co-Founder of ITT Future You and UK Director of the Global Travel and Tourism Partnership.

University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD) hosted the Future You conference and careers fair at Swansea Arena for the second year running.
