How to apply (for part-time)

Most courses fill up quickly so make sure you apply early to avoid disappointment.

The way you apply and enrol will depend on the type of part-time course you choose.

For higher education / university courses, you need to apply through the 'complete a part-time HE application form' button on the relevant course information page. 

For our business training arm (GCS Training) courses, please call 01792 284400 to enquire and reserve your place.

For all other part-time courses please follow the links on the relevant course page. If you see an ENROL option on the course page, you can enrol directly through the website.   

Where an interview is required, click Request a telephone interview.  You will be contacted by the course team as soon as possible, where you apply over the Summer break, you may not be contacted by our delivery staff before 21st August 2023.  Your interview his normally takes place over the phone and you will be sent a secure link to enrol following your discussion with the curriculum team. Alternatively, come and talk to us at our open or enrolment evenings.

If you don’t have access to enrol online, please visit our Tycoch campus between 9am-4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Learners must be aged 16 or over to enrol onto our part-time courses.

For International students, the cost of courses will depend on residency status and the amount of time spent in the UK. Please speak to our International office on 01792 284007 or email international@gcs.ac.uk.
