Learning support team (statemented learners)

Your transition to College will begin long before you arrive in September, and we are in close contact with all Swansea schools to ensure the process is smooth. 

Transition events include:

• College taster days
• College open evenings 
• Parent / carer individual visits 
• Keep warm events during the summer
