Overview
This Advance into FE course is for anyone between the ages of 16-19 who is unsure of which career pathway they would like to follow.
Learners will follow the Agored Level 2 Skills for Further Study qualification plus BTEC Level 2 in Work Skills. This course offers an opportunity to try a range of different subjects including:
- Digital photography
- Electrical
- Human body systems
- Information literacy
- Personal debt and borrowing
- Presentation skills
- Psychology
- Scientific investigation
- Sociology of crime and deviance
- and many more*

Key information
Minimum entry requirements for Level 2 are four GCSEs at grade D or above (including English or Maths).
This course is classroom based and is assessed on a continuous basis via assignments. There are no exams. Failure to attend regularly will seriously jeopardise the student's ability to complete the full qualification.
