China visit a success

Principal Mark Jones was invited by Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU) - the number one ranked foreign languages university in China - to deliver a keynote speech at their fifth Principal Round Table Summit on ‘challenges and solutions in International education’.

Mark also had the honour of being appointed to the BFSU International Advisory Board.

In recent years, BFSU has established a number of K-12 International schools, some of which offer IGCSE and A Level qualifications.

As part of our educational partnership, BFSU has already sent two groups of IGCSE/A Level teachers on teacher training placements at Gower College Swansea.
