We are delighted to celebrate the remarkable achievements of our students at this year's Urdd Eisteddfod, where they showcased their creativity and talent across a range of competitions.
At the regional stage, 80 students competed, with an impressive 37 Art and Design students securing places in the top three and progressing to the national competition.
Our students continued their success on the national stage, earning first, second and third place in the Science Project competition.
Performing Arts student Rhiannon Aue achieved first place in the Talent to Entertain Children competition. As part of her prize, Rhiannon received £300 and will join Mudiad Meithrin on their roadshow tour, providing a fantastic opportunity to share her talents with audiences across Wales.
Art and Design students also enjoyed exceptional success, with first-place awards going to Iola Bullock (Creative 2D), Karl Lieb (Artwork, 19–25 years category), Mia Powell (Printing), and Mo Kabir (Computer Graphics).
In addition, six students achieved second place, and four students secured third place in their respective categories.
We are incredibly proud of all our students who represented the College so brilliantly. Congratulations to everyone involved on an outstanding year at the Urdd Eisteddfod.
