GCS Engage is a mobile application provided by Tribal Group Limited (the “data processor”) on behalf of Gower College Swansea (the “Data Controller”). The app allows students and staff to access information and services including:
• Quick Access: Instantly reach your timetable, attendance records, and college news
• Attendance and Absence Reporting: Easily report absences or check your attendance with improved screens
• Digital Learner ID: Access your digital ID for college activities and events
• Messaging: Connect with staff and other learners directly through the app
• Events and News: Stay up to date with campus events and important announcements
• Push Notifications: Get instant updates about college news and messages.
We process personal data through the app in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The categories of personal data processed through the app may include account information, contact details, device information, usage information, and information necessary to provide the services available through the app.
Information is shared only with authorised personnel and approved service providers where necessary to operate the service. Data is retained in accordance with our retention schedule.
