Overview
This course is designed for cycling enthusiasts and aims to give a good level of mechanical ability to maintain a bicycle. It will give you the confidence to carry out repairs and servicing whilst also teaching you when you need to see a more experienced trained technician. This course includes:
- Headsets
- Bottom brackets
- Drive trains
- Gear set-up
- Brakes
- Hubs
- Tyres and tubes.
Key information
No formal entry requirements.
The course will be delivered in our new specialised facility.
Delivery will be in the evening or over a short number of days.
If you are interested in gaining a formal qualification, you can progress onto a Cytech Technical level one course.
Bicycle and tools will be provided for the duration of the course.
