Overview
During this one year course you will develop all the essential skills of hair and make-up for the fashion, TV and film industry.
This qualification includes:
- Applying make-up
- Photographic make-up
- Art of dressing hair
- Create an Image
- Body art
- Themed face painting
- Art of colouring hair.
Key information
- A minimum of three GCSEs A*-D
- A keen interest in the industry.
Assessments are continuous throughout the year, to include practical observations, written tests, mood boards and journals.
Opportunities to progress on to Level 3 Diploma Theatrical, Special Effects, Hair and Media Make-up qualification.
All students will be required to purchase a kit, uniform and stationery, costs will be discussed upon interview.
