Bus Passes

Full time students are currently offered a subsidised bus pass.

At Tycoch and Llwyn y Bryn and Jubilee Court, students can purchase a First Cymru Bus Pass. This pass can be used to get to and from college and can also be used on evenings and weekends in the Swansea and Neath area on First Cymru buses.

At Gorseinon, transport is provided for full time students at the start and the end of the college day. It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to ensure that students are at the designated pick-up points on the transport network by the time agreed.

The Out of County bus pass allows you to travel on any First Cymru bus in the areas of Carmarthen to Cardiff (excluding the Cardiff shuttle bus.)

For students who live in the Gower and who are no longer served by First Cymru bus routes, a N.A.T. bus pass can be purchased from the college. The student must provide a passport photo of themselves - the costs are the same as an In County bus pass.

Bus passes can be purchased when you enrol or from Student Services. Students can apply to the Financial Contingency Fund to fund the costs of a bus pass. Further information about transport is also available at open evenings.

You may find First Cymru's online Journey Planner helpful for organising your route to and from college.
