Lord Chief Justice offers local learners a chance to hear from judges
The most senior judge in England and Wales today visited Gower College Swansea. He was there to give the students the chance to hear about the work of judges, the justice system and the rule of law. Lord Burnett of Maldon, the Lord Chief Justice of England & Wales visited the College as part of the school’s engagement programme that judges are involved in across the country.20

National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) 2023 is the 16th annual celebration of apprenticeships in the UK and brings together businesses and apprentices to shine a light on the positive impact that apprenticeships make to individuals, businesses and the wider economy.18

Graduate combines acting ambitions with Higher Apprenticeship
Graduate Cedron Sion has agreed to be an Apprenticeship Ambassador as he pursues a profession as a translator alongside his acting ambitions. A few months after completing an Acting Degree, Cedron, 26, from Porthmadog, successfully applied for an apprenticeship post as a translator with the Welsh Language Services Team at Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW/AaGIC).15
